It is a glorious morning here today. The sun is shining, the temperatures are rising, and I'm wearing a brand new sweater!
The boys and I played soccer and kickball outside yesterday. It was lot of fun. We went to the park and met up with some other kids and it just felt so great to be outside and active! I'm proud to say that I can still kick the kickball farther than my kids. (I have to say that right now, because I don't think I'll be able to say that by the end of the summer.....)
I also finished the Alligator scarf, well before it's deadline of my nephew's birthday in July.
That's all the news for now! I hope this finds you well, and would love to hear from you!
Warm regards,
Laura (YarnThrower)

Both projects well done!
Looks like you'll exceed your project goals for 2008.
The sweater looks great!Well done:-)
Cute alligator- I bet he'll love it!
Wow! That sweater looks great on you.
And that alligator...if I had some green yarn just hanging around, I would make one of those! Might have to break the stash embargo...
The sweater looks wonderful on you Laura! Great job! :)
The sweater came out great! So did the scarf. I added some repeats to the body too. I thought it was too short as it was. It was a fun knit though!
That is one fun scarf! Hope your nephew just loves it.
